1. Agreement
By creating an account or using the YourCoach app or this website (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What YourCoach is
YourCoach provides general fitness and nutrition information: meal plans and workout plans generated by fixed rules and formulas from the data you provide, exercise demonstrations, progress tracking and an optional AI coach.
3. Not medical advice
The Service is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment and does not replace a doctor, dietitian or physical therapist. Talk to a doctor before starting a new eating or exercise plan, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or take medication. You use the Service at your own risk. 4. Who can use it
You must be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, because your plans are built from it. [PLACEHOLDER: minimum age. The draft assumes 16; a lawyer must confirm it.]
5. Your account
Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile, Account, Delete Account), or by emailing us.
6. Subscriptions and payments
Some features need a paid subscription (Basic or Premium). Prices are shown in GEL per month and may change. Payments are processed by the app store you buy from (Apple or Google), whose payment, renewal, cancellation and refund rules apply. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. 7. AI coach
The AI coach is powered by an AI model. Its answers are labeled as AI-generated, may be incomplete or wrong, and are guidance, not professional advice. To answer a question, a short summary of your plan and activity is sent to our AI provider, as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service: do not try to break, overload or reverse-engineer it, access other people's accounts or data, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.
9. Your content
You keep ownership of what you give us, such as your profile, logs and progress photos. You allow us to store and process it only to run the Service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Our content
The app, its design, recipes, workout content and text belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for your own personal use through the Service, but not copy or resell them.
11. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties, for example for hosting, exercise demonstrations, the AI coach and payments. We are not responsible for their services, which are subject to their own terms.
12. Results, warranties and liability
Plans and projections are guidance, not a guarantee. Results depend on many things, including whether you follow the plan. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for injury or health outcomes arising from how you use the information in the Service.
13. Changes and ending
We may update the Service or these Terms. If we change the Terms we will update the date above, and continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it. We may suspend or end the Service or an account that breaks these Terms.
