Delete your account

You can delete your YourCoach account and its data yourself, in the app, at any time.

Delete it in the app

Follow these steps in the YourCoach app:

Open the YourCoach app and sign in.
Go to Profile.
Under Account, tap Delete Account.
Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Permanently delete my account.

What is deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, meal and workout plans, progress logs, measurements, progress photos, workout history and AI coach chat history from our systems. This cannot be undone.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through Google Play or the App Store. Cancel it in your store account settings.

Cannot use the app? Ask us by email

If you can no longer open the app, email us from the address you registered with and ask us to delete your account. We may ask you to confirm it is your account. We will delete it and confirm by email.
